I've never been a true planner - you know making my list of things to do, goals to reach, writing them down and crossing them off. However, the past couple of years I have started writing down some goals, not always at the beginning of the year, but just when I've thought about it. What have I noticed? These planners (like my husband) may be on to something. As I have found the lists that I've written down (organization of sorts is on my current list), I've noticed that I have been able to accomplish some of those things on the various lists. It makes me wonder how much more I would get done if I kept up with those lists and was intentional about working toward attaining those goals. What if I spent just 5 minutes a day thinking about them and working on each of them.
I guess you can tell where I'm going with my 5 minutes to a fabulous tomorrow. Why not try spending 5 minutes coming up with things you want better tomorrow than yesterday? WRITE IT DOWN!!!! KEEP UP WITH IT!!!! Spend 5 minutes a day doing something to work on each item on your list. Do it for three weeks (21 days to make a habit stick, or so "they" say). Let's see how far we are toward a fabulous tomorrow.
Speaking of fabulous tomorrows, I'll share my list then and each day how I spent 5 minutes on each item. Or, I'll try. ;)

Use Today
A few months ago a thought crossed my mind. "Time is a wonderful thing. If you don't like your yesterdays, you can use today to change your tomorrows." Since that tumbled through that day, I have thought alot about it. I have plenty of yesterdays that I don't necessarily like - things I'd like to change, things I wish I'd have done. It makes me hopeful that I can take a brand new day today and make sure tomorrow is not regrettable. I won't always succeed because I'm human, ah, but tomorrow is another day.....
The reason for beginning this blog is a platform to write, a way to remind myself that today dictates tomorrow and tot share with others ways to use today. The topics will vary - whatever inspires me that day. Journey with me to make your day and tomorrow better than your yesterday!
